Shipments 

Shipping and delivery costs are not included in the cost of the products and the contribution to shipping costs is displayed during the order process before payment. Shipment is free of charge for orders over 200 Euros in Italy and Europe. Orders will be shipped via authorized courier that will be indicated in the Order Confirmation.

Shipping Times

The products purchased on www.lastupenderia.com are averagely delivered within 24/72 working hours after receipt of payment in Italy and EU and within 8 working days for all other destinations. Couriers normally carry out deliveries from Monday to Friday and do not make deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01. At normal shipping times, a working day must be added for normal administrative checks. It is possible that an ordered product is not immediately available; in this case LA STUPENDERIA will inform you by e-mail. In any case the shipment of the ordered products will be made as soon as possible.

Shipments outside European Community

As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments outside European Community from LASTUPENDERIA ­ Lcw S.r.l. are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro.

Shipment Tracking

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E­mail from LASTUPENDERIA specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.

In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or LASTUPENDERIA.COM.

Shipment Delivery

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. LASTUPENDERIA packages are carefully sealed in CARTONS AND BAGS with a LCW S.r.l. logo print tape around the sides of the box.

If for any reason the box looks damaged, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact LASTUPENDERIA at shop@lastupenderia.com.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non­compliance with import regulations) as per the LASTUPENDERIA commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re­entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Orders are shipped from LUXURY CHILDREN'S WEAR S.R.L in Milan, Italy ­ Mondays through Fridays. Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Orders are shipped in about 2­/3 working days once received the payment.

LASTUPENDERIA ships worldwide using reliable express couriers such as UPS, TNT, DHL, FEDEX LUXURY CHILDREN'S WEAR S.R.L. shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of LUXURY CHILDREN'S WEAR S.R.L..

LASTUPENDERIA reserves the right to delay dispatch in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
