If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange or refund within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
To request a return authorization number (RAN), you must write to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the number of the order and the articles of the items to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from LASTUPENDERIA with your RAN number and instructions for the return shipment.
You will either use La stupenderia courier or one you trust. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN Email.
Also in the case of free delivery, shipment's fees as well as the return shipment is at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon reentry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement or charged in a new invoice in case of size exchange to be paid before the new shipment.
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by LASTUPENDERIA, LCW S.r.l.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
For orders paid by PayPal or Bank Swift, the refunded amount will be available to customers on their account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Returns must be shipped within 5 days of the Return Authorization Number (RAN) reception date.
Return Terms and Conditions
La stupenderia Tag and disposable Seal must still be intact and attached to returned items. If Tag or Seal are removed, items will not be accepted if they are returned. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above.
LASTUPENDERIA reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, included any import fees, LASTUPENDERIA, LCW S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
LASTUPENDERIA reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for longdistance commerce prevails.
